Check-In/Check-Out:

On the day of your arrival the apartments will be available from about 1 pm. On the day of your departure, we ask you to check out by 09.00 at the latest. For late arrival (later than 18.00 clock), we ask to inform us before.

Payment:

To ensure that your reservation can be definitively confirmed, a down-payment must be made. You will receive the necessary information directly after booking by e-mail. The remaining payment incl. All additional costs will be paid one day before departure in cash (the payment by debit or credit card is unfortunately not possible!).

Cancellation:

Cancellations are only accepted in written form - inform us on time! The cancellation conditions are subject to the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions:

• for cancellations up to 12 weeks prior to arrival you will get your deposit back without a cancellation fee for € 25.00 per booking
• for cancellations up to one month prior to arrival a cancellation fees are equivalent to the room price will be charged as for 3 days
• for cancellations less than 21 days before arrival we take the full booking price for apartments
• in case of late arrival or earlier departure, no discounts will be granted.

Travel insurance:

To have it safe, we advise to our guests to order appropriate travel insurance. Order insurance right now!

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is currently € 2.60 per person per day. Children up to 15 years do not pay it.

Cleaning:

The final cleaning will be charged once per apartment.

Pets:

Pets are allowed on request.

Smoking:

There is a strict smoking ban throughout the house. You are welcome to go to the terrace to smoke.

Parking:

Free of charge parking is available to our guests directly in front of the house.

Bread service:

On request, we offer you in cooperation with a local bakery daily freshly delivered bread for your breakfast. You will find the price-list in your apartments - choose and write down the list of items just the day before.

Waste separation:

We ask our guests (for cost reasons and to protect the environment) to respect the marked separation of the waste.
